    • Install, maintain, and repair underground primary, secondary, and metering distribution equipment.
    • De-energize power lines and apply grounding systems in strict compliance with OSHA and utility safety standards.
    • Perform electrical splicing, troubleshooting, and equipment handling across 120V, 208V, 240V, 277V, 480V, 7.2kV, and 14.4kV underground systems.
    • Interpret electrical diagrams to support underground grid expansion, streetlight installation, and underground cable projects.
    • Supervise field crews of up to 5, coordinating work assignments, safety briefings, and quality control.
    • Execute confined-space entry and rigging and signaling operations on underground installations.
